77vip Terms and Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 77vip platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 77vip — whether through the website at 77vip.dev, any associated mobile browser interface, or any feature made available through the platform — you enter into a binding agreement with 77vip under these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform or create a registered account, whichever occurs earlier.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors who access publicly available content. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. 77vip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with or without prior notice, and the updated version will be made available on this page.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Access to and use of the 77vip platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for online gaming participation in the Philippines.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion registry or otherwise barred from participating in online gaming activities.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
77vip enforces age verification as part of the standard account registration process. Providing false information about your age or identity during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance associated with the account. The platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full functionality of 77vip, you are required to register a member account. Each individual may hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or any other identity — is prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for maintaining the accuracy of that information thereafter. This includes your name, contact details, and any information required for payment processing. 77vip may request verification of your identity at any point and reserves the right to restrict account access until verification is completed satisfactorily.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify support at [email protected] immediately. 77vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered member of 77vip, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through lawful gaming activity — and in a manner consistent with these Terms and applicable Philippine law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its infrastructure, or other user accounts.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way not expressly permitted.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity intended to manipulate game outcomes.
- Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of account use, including during identity verification or payment processing.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their stated conditions, including through multi-account exploitation.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other platform users or support staff.
77vip reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, account closure, or reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 77vip are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and QR Ph. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your 77vip account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. 77vip may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending review, particularly where account activity gives rise to reasonable concern about fraud, identity, or breach of these Terms.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests at the time of submission. 77vip does not guarantee specific processing timelines and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
Any bonuses or promotional credits applied to your account are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they were awarded. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds in breach of promotion terms may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability. 77vip provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77vip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from gaming outcomes, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions. All gaming on 77vip involves inherent risk, and you acknowledge that you participate at your own discretion.
Intellectual Property. All content on the 77vip platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, software, and game content — is the property of 77vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from 77vip.
Third-Party Links. The platform may reference or display links to third-party services or providers for informational purposes. 77vip does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service. Access to third-party content is at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
Suspension and Closure. 77vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete required identity verification; or at the member's own request. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 77vip may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the member, any balance meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
Changes to These Terms. 77vip may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revision, you should discontinue your use of the platform and contact support to request account closure.
Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
